Les
Compagnons de Gabriel Stories and demonstrations will help you to bore
the secrecies of the Middle Ages. Young and less young people will be filled by
the magic of this “voyage in the time”
From April at at
the end of September, the animated visit attracts thousands of visitors, it is
the floret of the visits of the Castle of Murol. During approximately 1h30, the
troop of actors “Paladins of Sancy” takes along the spectators through
the scenes of life of XIIIe and XIVe century. The visitors are accompanied in
high court in order to discover medieval arts and the life of a "châtellenie"
to the Middle Ages. Then always in the same spirit, they take part in a spectacle
where riding, archers, epeists… devote themselves to a historical reconstitution
“ludo-teaching” on the field of honor. Children and adults are carried
in the past the time of a visit full with action, laughter and of… surprised.
In
July and August, do not miss the new night spectacle “Sound and Light”
with the castle of Murol. Single in Auvergne, this animation will surprise you.
From July 5 to August 31, every Wednesday and saturdays with 21h30. From Wednesday
October 1 to Sunday November 2, 2008, come to discover new visits with the Castle
entitled “the Mysteries of the Middle Ages to the castle of Murol”.
The
visits, of approximately 1h, will take place Wednesdays and Sundays after midday
with 13h30, 14h30 and 15h30.et will plunge you in a mysterious environment where
enigmas, theatre and tales will reveal you the mysteries of the Middle Ages.
It
always happens something under the large trees of Conros… Animations
for youngs and older. Appointment in the park of the castle of Conros to listen
to stories and local legends animated by storytellers in costumes of time, every
Wednesday of July 23, at August 27, 2008, of 14h with 18h after each visit of
the castle, (entrance fee general 7€). Free tasting of regional products
at the end of the tales. (in the event of bad weather, the tales and tasting

Workshops
visits: Castle and Perfumes We propose every Tuesday from June 2007, with
14h30 precise, a visit of the castle of Conros and its park in spring, the discovery
of the exposure “Ode to the Perfumes”, and the Chantillian inheritance
in miniature, in preview, with the families on holiday in our area. Adult price
6 € - child 3 € (free up to 12 years).
Ateliers
Gourmands the Greedy
Workshops involves the groups of children from 4 to 10 years in the park of the
castle of Conros, with discovered spices, while following the enigmas left straight
of the Book the Jungle. Discover Walk for the children from 4 to 6 years, and
set of enigmas for the children up to 10 years, they will discover then the greedy
odors used in perfumery (the chocolate, the caramel,…). After the workshop,
the children find themselves in the kitchen of the castle for one to taste “chocolate”…
On reservation of May 1 to June 30 and September 1 to October 31 for a group of
25 children maximum
